MOST ROOFING EMERGENCIES ARE UNEXPECTED

Any roofing system is an investment, and any investment must be protected and maintained. Sadly, this sage advice is often ignored. In any given year, nearly one-third of all roof-related expenses will be unbudgeted, meaning that the owner is suddenly left scrambling for money. This is, obviously, an unfavorable situation for anyone.

"There are two ways to avoid unbudgeted expenses:
warranties and proper maintenance. National Roofing offers both."

Due to the breadth of services offered under the umbrella of a Roof Maintenance Plan, each plan frequently accomplishes more than one objective. While starting an RMP on any roof will make that roof last longer, starting an RMP on an existing roof can massively reduce re-roofing costs. National Roofing will custom tailor a Good, Better, Best RMP plan for that specific building, a sure solution to any monetary restrictions

DO YOU CURRENTLY HAVE AN EMERGENCY?

It’s understandable that you might be feeling a bit panicky right now and we want to help put your mind at ease - we’re going to do our very best to fix your problem as quickly as possible. To help us prepare for your challenge, we need you to not only describe your problem in the comments section below, but also classify your emergency.

LEVEL ONE:

A level one emergency is the most critical. For example, the problem presents a danger to building occupants or affects the electrical system, the roof has caved in or the high New Mexico winds have blown it clean off.

LEVEL TWO:

A level two emergency is for severe issues that don’t meet LEVEL ONE criteria – no one is in danger, but there’s a big problem, like a major leak that affects your day-to-day operations.

LEVEL THREE:

Level three emergencies are smaller issues, such as a leak that can be contained with a bucket to catch the water, or minor hail damage.
